can i change the language ?

i know some people Surprised that not russian member or english posting so
that server is really wonderful and really the admin making very great job
but the problem that i can't read the russian so i can't play wich means i must change the language but i tried every thing i'm able to do so amdin can you help me with that problem ? becaus this server is from the best servers i have seen and thank you
